Shipping
Many Retire Ready Texas products are made especially for you after you order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Standard delivery generally takes 3–6 business days after fulfillment. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown before payment at checkout.
Products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages at no additional action required from you.
First-order welcome shipping
Join the Retire Ready Texas community with your email address and use code RRTWELCOME for free standard shipping on your first qualifying order of $50 or more delivered within the United States. The offer is limited to one use per customer and applies while active.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. To request a return, email info@retirereadytexas.pro within 30 days after receiving your item.
Eligible items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Do not mail an item until your return is approved. We will provide complete instructions after approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can make it right.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom products, final-sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Contact us if you have a question about a specific item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, email info@retirereadytexas.pro.
